When to Choose Another Solution

This spray is intended for bubbles located on the wet epoxy resin surface. It cannot remove bubbles or air pockets trapped beneath the surface of a casting.

For internal bubbles, improve the mixing and pouring process, warm the resin components where permitted, pour more slowly, seal porous materials correctly or use suitable vacuum or pressure equipment when required. Always follow the instructions supplied with the selected epoxy resin system.

How to Use

Complete the epoxy resin pour and inspect the wet surface for visible bubbles.
Shake the aerosol can vigorously for approximately 15–30 seconds.
Hold the can approximately 15–30 cm away from the resin surface.
Apply a thin and even spray across the affected area.
Use the spray sparingly and avoid saturating or flooding the resin surface.
Allow the product to act on the visible surface bubbles.
Continue curing the resin according to the resin manufacturer’s instructions.

Preparation and Application Notes

Apply only while the epoxy resin surface is still wet and able to level.
Use the smallest amount required to treat the visible surface bubbles.
Do not expect the spray to remove bubbles trapped inside or underneath the resin.
For unfamiliar resin systems, test the product on a small sample before treating the complete project.
Maintain a clean working area to prevent dust or contamination from settling on the wet surface.
Always follow the mixing, pouring, working-time and curing instructions supplied with your epoxy resin.
