3. Orders and Payments

Order Process

To place an order on our Website, select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if products are unavailable.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax), unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy

We currently offer local delivery within Malta only. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided at checkout to agree on a suitable delivery date and time. For custom work, lead times will vary and an estimated delivery time will be provided upon order confirmation.

We are working on expanding delivery to the European Union in the future. In the meantime, if you are based in the EU and have a specific request, please contact us at info@eltobertstudio.com.

Shipping Costs

Orders under €50 are subject to a flat delivery fee of €15. Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout on orders of €50 or more.

Risk of Loss

Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon delivery. Elto Bert Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery has been completed. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Standard Products

In compliance with EU law, you have the right to return standard products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eltobertstudio.com.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

Custom Work

Custom-made products, including personalized resin pieces and furniture, are non-returnable and non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom projects. Cancellations are not accepted once work has commenced. However, we will provide design approvals at key stages of the project.

Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

6. Custom Work and Commissions

For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit is required to start the project. Upon completion, the remaining balance must be paid before delivery. Custom work is non-cancellable once the project has begun due to the personalized nature of these items. We will send progress updates and require customer approval before moving on to subsequent stages of the project.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the intellectual property of Elto Bert Studio or its content suppliers. This material is protected by copyright and trademark laws under EU regulations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from this Website without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elto Bert Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of, or inability to use, the products or services offered on this Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
