Refund policy

1. Standard Products (Resin Kits and Finished Items):

  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of standard products within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

     

  • Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Process: Customers wishing to return an item should contact us within the 14-day period to initiate the return process.

  • Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the product is defective or not as described.

2. Custom Work (Custom Furniture and Personalized Items):

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work on custom projects. This deposit covers the cost of materials and labor initiated upon order confirmation

  • Cancellation Policy: Once work has begun on a custom piece, cancellations are not accepted, and payments made are non-refundable. This policy is due to the personalized nature of custom work, which cannot be resold.

  • Approval Process: We will provide design drafts or progress updates for approval before proceeding with further stages of the project.

  • Lead Times: Estimated completion times will be communicated at the start of the project. Please note that these are estimates, and actual completion times may vary.

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Reporting Issues: If a product arrives defective or damaged, customers should notify us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Resolution Options: We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund for defective or damaged items, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

4. Exceptions:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage upon arrival.
